What we do
Every package starts with a walkaround so you know the price before we start. Pricing below is a starting point for a mid-size sedan — trucks, SUVs and heavily soiled vehicles quote higher.

A proper maintenance detail for a car that's already in good shape. Two-bucket contact wash, decontaminated wheels, sealed paint, and a full interior wipe-down and vacuum.

Consult & inspect
We walk the vehicle with you under shop lighting and agree on what needs doing. You get a fixed written quote before anything starts — no surprises later.

Strip it back
Foam pre-soak, two-bucket wash, wheels and arches, then everything loose out of the interior. Nothing gets treated until the surface underneath is genuinely clean.

Deep clean
Steam into the vents and seams, hot-water extraction through carpets and upholstery, leather cleaned and conditioned. This is where the hours actually go.

Protect & deliver
Sealant on the paint, protectant on the trim and fabric, glass cleaned inside and out. Final walkaround with you before the keys go back.

Do you offer mobile detailing?
Not yet — everything is done at the shop on Oak Street in Fenelon Falls, a minute from the locks. Honestly, that's the better result anyway: hot water, proper extraction equipment, controlled lighting and no weather to work around. Mobile is something we're looking at as we grow.
What's the difference between an Express Refresh and an Interior Restoration?
The Express Refresh is maintenance — a proper wash, sealant and a tidy interior for a car that's already in decent shape, in a couple of hours. The Interior Restoration is the heavy one: steam, hot-water extraction through every soft surface, leather conditioning and odour treatment. If your interior has had kids, pets or a few winters in it, you want the restoration.
Can you get pet hair and smells out?
Usually, yes — it's a lot of what we do. Pet hair comes out with extraction and specialist tools rather than a vacuum, and odours are treated at the source before an ozone pass. Cigarette smoke that's been in a car for years is the hardest case; we'll tell you honestly what we think we can achieve before you book.
How far ahead should I book?
Usually within a week. Spring is the exception — when everything comes out of storage at once, expect a longer wait, so get your quote in early.
What does it cost for a truck or SUV?
Listed prices are a starting point for a mid-size sedan. Expect roughly 15–30% more for a full-size truck or three-row SUV, depending on condition. You always get a fixed number in writing before we start.
Do you do paint correction or ceramic coating?
Not at the moment. We'd rather do a small number of things properly than offer everything badly. Both are on the roadmap — get in touch and we'll let you know when they open up.
